Czechs are fireworks freaks. Prague belongs to the big cities where a New Year’s Eve fireworks is held. In last two years, the fireworks performance moved to the city center near the “Shooter’s Island” (Střelecký ostrov) and the Charles Bridge (Karlův most). The Prague Castle was most likely founded in around 880 by Prince Borivoj of the Premyslid Dynasty. It is considered to be the biggest castle in the world. More time ago, the Prague Castle was the site of the Kings of Bohemia and some Holy Roman Emperors. The Bohemian Crown Jewels are still kept here.
